Permit Processing Form
Once the permit is started the owner will be required to sign certain forms such as the Permit Application and a Notice of Commencement.
Dependant upon the property conditions determined by the governing municipality, additional documentation might be necessary such as a Flood Determination, Elevation Certificate, Non-Conforming Lot Letters, etc. We will let you know whether any of this will be required once we do a property evaluation and we can assist you in obtaining it.
